Clothing Shipping Policy
All Dolce Society apparel is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee per item, calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 USD.
Please allow 1–4 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days.
International orders may take longer due to customs and other local delays.
All Other Items (Accessories, Home Goods) Shipping Policy:
For non-clothing items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping usually takes an additional 3–4 business days.
Shipping FAQ
Can I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, which is typically 1–4 business days after placing your order.
I put in the wrong address!
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can help update your shipping address.
Please email us with your Order # and the correct address as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to assist — but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee rerouting or recovery of packages sent to incorrect addresses.
There’s an issue with my order 😟
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a product quality issue, we’ve got you.
Reach out to us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to make it right.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
First, give it 48 hours — sometimes carriers scan packages before they’re actually dropped off.
If it still hasn’t shown up, please contact the shipping carrier.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, send us the carrier’s written confirmation of an error and we’ll help resolve it.
We’re unable to file claims directly with carriers, but we’re happy to support however we can!
What if my package was stolen?
We can’t take responsibility for missing or stolen packages unless you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout.
Most packages do show up after filing a claim, but if your order is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered 7+ days after the estimated delivery date) or returned to sender, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Please note: You won’t receive email updates until your order has officially shipped, so thanks for your patience while it’s being processed.
