We want you to love what you wear — and we stand behind our products. Since everything is made to order, we don’t hold inventory and produce each item specifically for you to avoid waste. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and size exchanges.
Clothing Returns
If something’s not quite right, we offer 30-day returns on clothing, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
In most cases, refunds are only issued if:

📦 You received the wrong size (e.g., ordered L, received M)

🔁 You received the wrong item
If your return doesn’t fall into one of these categories (for example, if you ordered the wrong size or simply don’t like how the item looks), you’re still welcome to return it — but no refund will be issued.

Size Exchanges (Wrong Size Ordered)
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange instead of a refund.
To qualify:

How to Start a Return or Size Exchange
To start a return or size exchange, simply:

This allows us to track your return and process your exchange or refund as soon as the package arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos showing the full item and the issue
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Accessories & Home Goods
All sales on accessories and home goods are final — unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
